The Youth Tornado is intended to fit heads of 18”-21.5” circumference at the eyebrows. The fit will largely depend on the shape of the head. If you are on the upper end of the size range, you may want to consider trying the adult size.

Cliff Keen does not do custom youth color Tornado headgear. The custom color headgear is only available in the Adult Tornado headgear.

Hello, I'm curious to know if, by any chance, the navy/white/scarlet Tornado headgear comes in a youth size? My son is 6 (Kindergarten). Thank you!
Unfortunately, Cliff Keen does not make that custom color combination in youth headgear.

My son is 4 years old and I'm looking for head gear for him. He wears a hat size of 6 3/8-6 7/8. What head gear will best fit him?
All of our headgear, including the Cliff Keen Youth Tornado, is fully adjustable. You should be all right with any of them. That said - for a 4-year-old, I might recommend the Matman 34 Ultrasoft as a sort of "starter" headgear.
