how do I size this up for my 14 yr old?

Sizing kneepads is very challenging because it has more to do with leg thickness than the wrestler's overall weight. If you're unsure what size to get, I'd suggest checking out some one size fits all kneepads like the ASICS International, ASICS Slider or the Cliff Keen Xtreme Impact : )
