Super comfortable shoes. If you need a pair of long lasting shoes that have awesome grip get this shoe! I would recommend getting either a 1/2 size or 1 full size larger. The shoe is wide compared to shoes such as the Nike Hyper sweep but should not be considered a super super wide shoe. But overall awesome shoe!

if i wear a size 9 freeks and its kind of big so i can grow into them, what size of this shoe should i wear?

    Joey P.'s picture

Nike and Asics have similar sizing when it comes to wrestling shoes. I would stick with a 9 for the Caels.

How do these shoes run. I wear 9.5 in running shoes, what size do you recommend

    Dave Applegate's picture

I'd suggest you go up 1/2 size from your normal running shoes. The Cael tends to fit roughly true to size for a wrestling shoe, but wrestling shoes tend to run a little small.
