Nike SpeedSweep Adult - Minimalist Design with A Big Impact.

Everyone wants a little simplicity in their lives and Nike figured this out quick with the Nike SpeedSweep VII. With two updated colors in adult sizes, the new SpeedSweep is everything any wrestler could need, and none of what they don’t. With high-quality materials and build, and clocking in at a very modest price point, the SpeedSweep is perfect for any wrestler, coach, or referee. While these are labeled as Nike’s “entry” level shoe, we ask that you don’t turn your noses away just yet. The SpeedSweep VII is built to be put through the ringer and is an extremely durable shoe. Also, with new colorways coming out, the SpeedSweep has the slick looks that can suit wrestlers of any caliber.

Now on to its seventh version, the SpeedSweep model is one of the longest running Nike models still available. That means that Nike has nailed this thing down to a science. They stuck to their guns and did what they know best by continuing to use their minimalist unisole outsole. This means that the rubber bottomed sole runs the full length of the shoe. No complicated split soles or fancy grip designs, just simplicity that creates maximum traction and grip from every angle on the mat. The SpeedSweep VII is also one of the most comfortable entry level shoes available thanks to its die-cut EVA midsoles that will have your feet feeling like they are walking on clouds. The mid-sole is crafted of an extremely durable suede material that protects the sides and toes of the shoe for those almost out of bounds takedowns. Paired with the suede is a synthetic mesh material that allows for your foot to breathe extremely well and always stay dry. Lastly, Nike tops off the SpeedSweep VII with an extremely simple but effective lace strap that keeps your laces neatly tucked down. Nike has perfected its barebone styled wrestling shoe while managing to not compromise any of the necessities and by creating a shoe that can fit any wrestling fan out there. From the wrestling dad/coach, elite level athlete, entry level wrestler, or to the referee who runs across the mat on his shoulder (look it up, you’ll see some SpeedSweep’s in action), the SpeedSweep can fit anybody. We could argue that it is one of the best entry level shoes currently available and the SpeedSweep VII is ready to prove it. Are you?

I got my Nike shoes and not only do they last me a while, but the grip is great. Most shoes have not lasted as long, but the Nike ones are very good. Long lasting! Great grip!
