Product Care

  • Do not wash in the washing machine, and do not dry in a dryer.
  • Use warm soapy water to wipe down headgear. Adding a tablespoon of white vinegar will help decrease the odor.
  • To sanitize the headgear, in a spray bottle combine rubbing alcohol and water in equal amounts. Spray and wipe with a cloth. 

Cliff Keen Youth Signature Headgear:

The Cliff Keen Youth Signature offers the most heavy-duty
protection for your more advanced youth wrestler. It is simply a smaller
version of the Cliff Keen Signature ear guard (E58), which has been the
most popular and trusted headgear design or decades. The only
difference between the youth and the adult versions that the youth has a
tough fabric covering for the foam padding, as rather than the
rubberized finish of the adult version. This was done in order to keep
up with the beating elite youth wrestlers tend to inflict on their
headgear. The vinyl straps are slightly more difficult to adjust that
some other ear guards that use Velcro, but the advantage is that they do
not come undone or shift, and are extremely durable.
